A FUN WALK AROUND DINTON PASTURES
Take the opportunity to raise money for your
favourite charity or local organisation by joining ROTAWALK, an event organi There are two circular routes, one about 3.5 miles around the Lakes suitable for families and those who simply want to enjoy a leisurely stroll. The second walk of about 9 miles is available for more experienced walkers taking in Charvil and Twyford along designated paths. THE CHARITIES You can raise money for any charity or local organization which you support e.g. Scouts or your local school, by getting sponsorship for completing the course. Half of what you raise will go to your choice and the other half to Thrive the key local Rotary Charity for the year and the Karuneipuri Orphanage in India. If you do not specify any charity then half will go to Thrive and half to the 2tenfm charity 2tenfm Kids. ENTRY Everything you need can be downloaded from this site. The Entry Fee is £4 per person and £6 per family. Entry forms should be sent in with the Fee by May 2nd. Entry Fees on the day will be £6 per person and £8 per family and only accepted if there is sufficient space. Alternatively email us at rotawalk1090@yahoo.co.uk for more information. |
